Business Transaction — If IVI undergoes a merger or other reorganization, IVI may disclose your personal information to the resulting organization.

Retention and security of personal information

Retention — The personal information IVI holds about you is kept in an electronic file, the purpose of which is to enable you to benefit from IVI’s services and complementary services.

Security — IVI takes and applies the necessary and appropriate security measures to ensure the confidentiality of personal information in its possession, to protect it against loss, destruction, theft, as well as against unauthorized consultation, communication, reproduction, use and modification. How long we keep your personal information

IVI will retain your personal information for as long as there is a legitimate need to do so, or for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. When this information is no longer required, it is destroyed. In the process of destroying information, IVI observes strict rules and also takes care to prevent any unauthorized person from gaining access to it.
